Hey Diary, Time for Our Heart-to-Art!
Today marks the epic moment where I'm pulling myself out of the abyss of monotony and waving goodbye to the rut I've been dancing in for the past few MONTHS! It's like I've declared war on mediocrity, and guess what? Victory is the only option.
So, here's the scoop - I decided to be a responsible adult and hit the hay at 10:30 PM last night. Admirable, right? I even set an alarm for the ungodly hour of 7:30-40 AM. However, my rebellious subconscious had other plans, and I gracefully rolled out of bed around 9:30-10:00 AM. Not perfect, but hey, progress! At least I'm not waking up in the evening like a nocturnal superhero.
Now, the grand plan! I've concocted a master list of daily challenges, a sort of personal gauntlet. Fail, and I must reset from day 1. The first challenge? Tackling an impending exam on December 1st, and folks, it's a big deal. I've got my notes ready, and with one day left to cram, I've decided to timeblock it alongside the thrilling world of household chores.
But wait, there's more! Post-December 1st, another beast of an exam awaits. Now, I stand at the crossroads, debating whether to dedicate today for notes and tomorrow for an intensive study session, or go all-in on both days. The genius idea? Opting for the latter, as conquering exams is always more enjoyable when post-notes euphoria sets in.
And so, with the battle plan laid out, I shall embark on this odyssey of productivity. Watch out, world, for today marks the birth of a new and improved me!
Let the games begin!
Yours in the pursuit of life un-rutted,
Xīngchén
