Today I learnt an important part of payroll . I need to be careful with employees updating their contracts. Especially when they change their contractual hours. For example, little fluffy joined kitty Cafe on 5th Jan 2021. She worked for a year then she got 4 weeks annual leave. She changed her full time contract to part time contract on June 2022. Then on 4th Jan next year, little fluffy got 2 weeks 80 hours annual leave and 2 weeks 40 hours annual leave. I need to bear that in mind.
