Million dollars BROWNIES, Jun 7
Heyyy, So it just occurred to me that by God's grace my brownie #recipe is 90% amazing!!! And I decided it is time to write it down in my lovely journal that I honestly wish I made entries into much more regularly. Ingredients ✔ 200g of dark chocolate ✔ 150g of butter ✔ 1 cup and 1 tablespoon of sugar ✔ 2 medium sized eggs ✔ 2 teaspoons of vanilla essence/ aroma ✔ 2 tablespoons of unflavoured yoghurt (optional) ✔ 1 cup of flour ✔ 1 teaspoon of salt ✔ 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder ✔ 1 teaspoon of cinnamon ✔ 1 teaspoon of nutmeg ✔ 100g of milk chocolate (chunks) ✔ a few sticks of oreos or any other biscuits (optional) ✔ milk (as much as needed to arrive at the required consistency) Preparation and important notes... ✔ Melt the 200g of dark chocolate, do not allow it to burn because it can spoil the taste of your brownies ✔ Melt the butter ✔ Mix the melted butter and sugar ✔ Make sure the melted butter has cooled down a bit and that it is not hot when being used ✔ Add the vanilla essence/ aroma ✔ Add the eggs and whisk the batter until it is fluffy or creamy (or you are tired) ✔ Add the melted chocolate and mix well, do it gently ✔ Add all the dry ingredients into the batter ✔ Make sure that you do not over mix the batter, the technique here involves folding the dry ingredients into the batter, yeah something like that. ✔ Add your chocolate chunks and biscuits and all what nots ✔ Add milk if needed ✔ The batter should be thick and remain in the same position except if it is moved by you ✔ I don't need to remind you to line your baking pan right? 🤔 ✔ Pre heat the oven ✔ Bake at 180℃ for about 25 minutes ✔
